What is Setlist Manager?

The app "Setlist Manager" allows bands to manage their songs and create setlists (compilations of songs) for their gigs and events.

What data do we collect?

The app requires the email address of the user for authentication. This email address is also used for communication, for example for validating the account and resetting the password. The user may optionally enter their name and first name in the account settings of the app. This information is only used for personalizing the email communication.

Is any of this information shared with a third party?

No. Your personal data is only used for the communication with our services and is never shared with anyone.

Is your data secure?

Yes. We are making sure that all communication between the app and the server is securely encrypted using commonly known industry standards, such as SSL for data in motion. We also do not have access to your password, for example. It is strongly hashed so that we cannot obtain it.

How long do we store your data?

If you delete your account, it will be deleted immediately. Furthermore, your data will be removed from our servers if your account stays inactive for 12 months. We will send a warning before the deletion to the user's email address.

How can you delete your data?

You can enter the app and locate the "My Account" screen. There, you may delete your account. Your user and all related data will be purged from our servers with immediate effect.
